of Iran/Integration Project Expert
The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison with customers &
INGORA Sales & Applications to establish mutual understanding of
system goals & limitations. Develops custom methods in INGORA
software packages, estimates throughput for various
configurations. Will setup both hardware & software for complex
systems using primarily INGORA equipment, but also other 3rd
party products, & will oversee a project from conception to
installation & acceptance at the customer site. Skills required
are good organization & communications skills, record keeping &
time management. May require up to 30% travel. Must be
self-motivated & able to work independently.
Serves as a liaison with customers & INGORA Sales & Applications
to establish mutual understanding of system goals &
limitations.
Develops custom methods in INGORA software packages & estimates
throughput for various configurations.
Develops project proposals & specifications, & also provides
estimates of time, expenses & manpower requirements.
Manages project details to define component tasks, identify or
develop sources for hardware & software components, &
coordinates customization with vendors, INGORA team members, &
customer lab & facilities staff. Defines component tasks &
timelines & ensures that technical & budgetary requirements &
timelines are met. Provides regular status updates to
management.
Hands-on development & assembly, installs & optimizes system at
INGORA AG &/or at customer sites; Oversees installation of
automated system & customer site acceptance
Generates comprehensive set of documentation for each system
(manuals, operating Instructions, maintenance procedures,
facilities requirements, spare parts, etc.).
Your background:
BS
degree in Engineering
Has a proven understanding of both industrial & engineering
principles.
Experience includes 2–4 years in
software/Automation/Systems/Robotics Engineering
Working knowledge of INGORA softwares is essential.
Experience in integration, troubleshooting, & computers are a
must, with particular emphasis on scheduling of complex methods
& interfacing of components.
2-5 years experience in related field sales support, project
management
Experience giving technical presentations & sales demonstrations
Knowledge of commercial/clinical/research laboratory procedures
& investigative methods, with practical experience is a big
plus.
Other skills required are good organization, record keeping, &
communication & time management.
Ability to travel, including overnight.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers &
internal associates
