Training

 

Training is an important section of technology transfer to the customer. As the safety hints are the most basic and vital materials treating with an automated system, it's been included in our project documentation. Also, the robot programming languages related to the installed controller system is being taught to the client's operator to exert independently any changes to the production program of robots, in the case of product change.

 Robot Programming Languages

The standard robot programming will have the following subjects (in 40 hour):

-Control of teach pendant and menu.

-Moving functions of the robot.

-Modify and adding of positions.

-Change input and output status and configuration.

-Backup and parameter save.

-Restore data and parameter.

-Automatic startup.

-Basic programming structure of RAPID language.

-Measurement of tool and base.

-Copy and add new programs.

-Callibration and refcounter update.

CATIA Software

Training in CATIA software is presented by the following packages:

1.     3D Mechanical Modeling (100 hour)

·        Part Design

·        Assembly Design

·        Sheet Metal Design

·        Sheet Metal Production

·        Aerospace Sheet Metal Design
